Winning Product Criteria Reference
Products are scored against these criteria. A winning product should pass all base requirements and at least 3 extra criteria.
Product delivers immediate, visible value
At least one store is actively scaling this product
Cost of goods is $6-$15 for healthy margins
5+ videos or ad creatives already exist
Not commonly found at local retailers
Makes the user feel better about themselves
Provides value that saves money vs alternatives
Makes daily life notably better
Addresses a clear pain point
Appeals to female shoppers (larger market)
